Note from the founder

After many years of talking to, coaching and counselling unhappy employees, developing and coaching disconnected managers and seeing businesses lose profits through a combination of all of the above, I saw a need for change and a reason to create programs that focus on driving improved leadership and people power.

When you have a leader who knows how to have the right conversations, who can positively assess an employee’s abilities, who uses emotional intelligence and have their employees working better and smarter… sounds good, doesn’t it? When all this combines it helps create a powerful connection between your employees and your organisation.

Let’s face it – we all have a basic human need to belong. As we spend more than a third of our waking life at work, to feel connected and enjoy what we do and who we do it with not only means a more fulfilling work environment, but a more fulfilling life!
